| Position & Soil | Prefers a sunny position in a fertile, well-drained soil. Prune to avoid formation of V-crotches. Water in well and keep soil moist until the tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth. Once mature, it will require little pruning. | ||
