Description A small fruiting tree, used as a feature in a small garden or planted in a group where there is more space. This variety of apple is tip bearing, with bright green skin. It has a tart flavour with a crisp texture.

Uses One of the world's best cooking apples, originating from an Australian seedling. It is revered as a cooking apple - but should not be overlooked for an eating apple - if left on the tree to fully ripen. The fruit has a long storage life. Pick Time: Late season
Position & Soil Plant in moderately fertile, moist, free-draining soil in full sun, although it will tolerate partial shade. Keep a clear area around the trunk of at least 60cm radius. Chill-hours for fruit development: Requires fewer chill-hours than other Apples. Pollinators: Jonathan, Pink Lady, Golden Delicious. Red Delicious or Cox's Orange Pippin are required nearby for this tree to pollinate and fruit successfully.
