Description	This is a deciduous tree grown for its alternate, maple-like leaves which take on brilliant and long-lasting autumn colour. In autumn, foliage turns red and purple. Spring growth is fast with branches growing parallel to the ground with dark green and glossy foliage. It is a more compact option than the regular Liquidambar styraciflua.
