Description | Naturally occurring in rocky outcrops of central and northern Australia, this variety of fig has oval foliage that is thick and very heavily waxed almost like those of a rubber plant. It has a finely-textured grey bark and produces tiny, hard fruits which are about the size of marbles. These fruits start off yellow and change to orange as they ripen. Growing to around 8 metres, this is a good tree for pruning to a formal shape or size. | ||
