Description This tree has recently come out of our grafted program. Appearing slightly more open then seed grown varieties, it has a striking light brown bark and heavy pendulous habit. Flowers are white but insignificant.

Uses This is a good selection as a feature tree/s for small gardens. As a grafted variety, it can be used in streetscapes, avenue plantings and in parks and gardens.    
Position & Soil As a robust native it is tolerant of a variety of soil conditions but would prefer a well drained, full sun site in humus rich soil.
