	Ginkgo biloba Maidenhair Tree The oldest tree recorded in the world, the Gingko has one of the best looking leaves and foliage of any tree going around! Deciduous and growing 12-20m tall, its beautiful open structure and soft foliage makes a commanding shade tree.
	Magnolia grandiflora 'Kay Parris' Kay Parris Magnolia (evergreen) One of the smaller growing Magnolia grandiflora varieities growing between 4-8m tall, this beautiful tree has so much going for it - wide white open flowers and glossy green leaves with a wavy edge it is suitable as a feature and as a creative hedge.
