Qualified Horticulturist

Speciality Trees is seeking a horticulturist looking to expand their skills and mindset in its progressive and innovative wholesale nursery environment located in Narre Warren East.

As an important member of our production team, this role will cover horticultural duties across all facets of production with particular emphasis on crop management, formative pruning and plant health.  Personable and with an eye for detail, this person will complete all tasks undertaken in a professional, efficient and timely manner.

The successful candidate will have broad horticultural knowledge and a willingness to learn, adapt and apply this knowledge across our organisation to ensure the production of high-quality product.  Good communication skills are a must.  Knowledge of Australian Standard AS2303 Tree Stock for Landscape Use and Nursery Best Practice is desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate must have Horticultural qualifications and experience in a nursery environment.
